This service is free of charge all we ask is that you allow us to cary out the works once the drawings have been passed by the council. We will build any loft conversion or Extension to the agreed specification. The pricing will be carried out by and independent surveyor of your choice(these can be found in the yellow pages or on the net) If for any reason you are unable for us to do the work or you would like to use another builder all you would have to do is reimburse us for the work we have done!
